Please allow an additional 2-3 business days on top of standard delivery on rural deliveries, as the parcel is forwarded onto your regional mail service, then will be sent on your next mail cycle.
Weekend & Public Holiday Orders
Orders made after 1.00pm Friday and on the weekend will be picked up for delivery on the next working day. (Monday)
There is no delivery's on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays due to courier's being unavailable.
Specific Day For Delivery
If you have a specific day you would like your gift to be delivered (birthday day etc) please enter it at check out along with a message for your free gift card included in order. We will do our best to deliver on the day specified but unfortunately can not guarantee as we use a third party for delivery, once the gift basket or gift hamper leaves Basket Creations it is in the hands of the courier service. We do use a well established courier company to help ensure a reliable quick delivery. Please also check delivery time frame to make sure your gift has time to arrive to day specified.
Please provide name & ward number (female patient may be checked in under their maiden name). Please check first that patient is still in the hospital, as hospital stays can be short and they may have checked out of the hospital before the gift arrives. (If this is the case re-delivery will be at your cost). We recommend if possible for the gift to be sent to a home address.
Unfortunately, couriers cannot deliver parcels to PO boxes or private boxes and Basket Creations does not take responsibility for incorrectly supplied addresses. (You will be charged a re-direction fee if the original address supplied by you is incorrect.)
Basket Creations uses a reputable courier company to deliver our gifts to help provide the best service and quick delivery. Once the courier collects your gift box, an automatic email with your tracking number will be provided to the email address you supplied. If for whatever reason you do not receive it, or you’ve misplaced the email, please get in touch with us. Please check your spam/junk folder as quite often they can go into these.
Basket Creations cannot be held liable for any shipping delays once the package has been collected from our premises or placed into the care of shipping providers. Tracking of packages and any issues with delayed delivery should be directed in the first instance to the shipping provider.
*Shipping timeframes are outside of our control, especially for parcels being delivered inter-island and/or to rural addresses. Sea and air freight times can be unpredictable as disturbances like Weather is outside ours and the Courier Companies Control. You are welcome to contact us with a delivery date request and we will do our absolute best to facilitate this but please understand that once your parcel is collected from us, we have no further control over the delivery date.
Yes, we do pick up's by arrangement first. As we are an online store only all payments must be made through the website, no cash is held on premises!
We will endeavor to deliver your gift box within our estimated delivery timeframe* (see above). These timeframes are indicative only and are outside our control. We cannot take responsibility for late delivery of gifts due to location, bad weather, traffic, incomplete or incorrect address, wrong delivery time frame been selected at checkout or any other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
If your gift has not been delivered within the delivery timeframe* please contact us with your order details and we will investigate why it is late. Alternatively, you can also contact the courier company directly using the shipping information sent to your email. There will be no refunds for late deliveries.
All our gift baskets and hampers are well packaged to ensure they arrive to the intended recipient on time and how they left Basket Creations. If you should experience any problems please contact us immediately. If any parcel or its contents arrives with any damage, please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please keep all of the original packaging and don’t discard anything. We will need to make a claim on your behalf with the courier company and they will need this as evidence. If the claim is successful, a replacement will be sent.
Multiple Recipients - Multiple Shipping Location
If you have multiple recipients with different shipping locations, Please feel free to email us a list of names and addresses as this is often easier than doing separate transactions on the website.
We do our best to provide the products that are shown on the product page but if we are currently out of stock of an item at the time of ordering, we will replace with an item of the same quality and value.
