Delivery Is On Us!

We provide delivery for FREE New Zealand Wide, so whether you are sending to Cape Reinga, Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Picton, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill or anywhere in between! (country folk are included), all our gift baskets and gift hampers include delivery, there will be no nasty surprises at the check out with delivery fees.

Normal Delivery Times

Whangarei CBD & Whangarei Hospital Orders in by 1.30 (Same Day Delivery)

North Island Delivery's (Next Day Delivery)

South Island Delivery's (2--3 Day Delivery)

Rural Delivery (Please allow an extra 2-3 days extra)

There is no delivery's on Sunday or Public Holidays due to courier being unavailable.

Orders made on the weekend will be picked up for delivery on the next working day.

If you have a specific day you would like your gift to be delivered (birthday day etc) please enter it at check out along with a message for your free gift card included in order. We will do our best to deliver on the day specified but unfortunately can not guarantee as we use a third party for delivery, once the gift basket or gift hamper leaves Basket Creations it is in the hands of the courier service. We do use a well established courier company to help ensure a reliable quick delivery.

Delivery Notes

Hospital

Please provide name & ward number (female patient may be checked in under their maiden name). Please check first that patient is still in hospital, as hospital stays can be short and they may have checked out of hospital before gift arrives. (If this is the case re-delivery will be at your cost). We recommend if possible for the gift to be sent to a home address.

PO BOX

Unfortunately Couriers cannot deliver parcels to PO boxes or private boxes and Basket Creations does not take responsibility for incorrectly supplied addresses. (You will be charged a re-direction fee if the original address supplied by you is incorrect.)

Courier

Basket Creations uses a reputable courier company to deliver our gifts to help provide the best service and quick delivery. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email as well as a tracking link via email or text to track your gift.

Pick Ups

Yes we do pick up's by arrangement first. As we are an online store only all payments must be made through website, no cash is held on premises!

Packaging

All our gift baskets are well packaged to ensure they arrive at the intended recipients on time and how they left Basket Creations. If you should experience any problems please contact us immediately. We offer 100% Guarantee on our products.
